UNITED DISTRICTS OF AP ---- A better Governance Model ( A Small Preview)

I would suggest the policy makers to think beyond and leave the conventional way of goverance.One should change the goveranace as per the present situation.One shld understand that USA the world numero uno has attained that Top slot because of there goveranance style.

Intellectuals from every district should be selected from various backgrounds and should make a Seperate Five year planning for their respective districts .
They should make short term and long term developement projects keeping the economy to grow and for larger interest of people.Their should be a Periodical Review of the Policy-making.Laws and acts must be changed ..stringent laws should be made .

If the Govt of India can amend the law and make it compulsory that every MLA should be a graduate ,MP should be a PG, and the so called Cabniter Ministers
must posses a relavent degree as per there Portfolio's and also their should be Retirement age for these people .When a healthy person who attained 58years of age have to retire so are these people. Since there Experience is an asset they can be a part of Reforms Council and can advice the next successors.

A person who served a term should not be allowed to serve the next term (Unless exceptional candidates).

The district-wise governance model can surely make lot of impact.There should be a central body which takes care of the needs of the District neccesities.
Though am ashamed to say i have to today every department is Corrupted ..NO LAW for big people ..no matter what they do they are scott-free..President Bush daughter was fined for having drinks since she was underage.can you imagine this in India?

Unless the day the so called bureaucracy,Judicary join hands with a clean Political party for a better society ...the question of People's welfare would be a Million dollar question.
